*le sigh*
Our unwavering love for diva-in-limbo Cassie continues to grow, especially after the leak of what sounds like a massive track from her still unreleased second album, Electro Love.

Crookers - Put Your Hands On Me
The Crookers album isn't out until sometime in January, but the Italian duo just dropped the video for their new single, "Put Your Hands On Me." While the song is sick, the video plays out like Requiem For A Dream mixed with some granny fetish porn. Perhaps it would be best to "Open Link in New Tab" this one.

Britney - Radar (Bloodshy & Avant Remix)
Just because Brit's new single is originally from an album that was released two years ago and the video is basically a softcore porno inspired by "My Little Pony" doesn't mean that we don't enjoy it (ie. Britney can do no wrong, even when she's doing tremendous amounts of wrong like pulling her weave out and handing it to a nearby dancer in the middle of performing).
Bloodshy & Avant, the original producers of the song, did their thing with this dark, synth-heavy remix.

PS. Is it just us, or is this clip of a recent performance in Paris the best 30-seconds Britney has looked on stage all year?
"Cassie's unreleased classic"
My love for Cassie is one that is undying. What other bitch can shave her head and still look this ridiculously gorgeous? Beyoncé could never pull this off!
Weaves and shaved heads aside, following this epic fail, Bad Boy are getting their shit together and releasing the Red One produced "Let's Get Crazy" featuring Akon.
Yeah, it sounds like Cassie doing GaGa and it's not nearly as hot as anything Ryan Leslie did for her on her debut, but anything is better than the dire crap that was "Must Be Love." Still, hopefully this is good enough to get her eternally pushed back sophomore album -- currently titled Electro Love -- a solid release date.
There was an interesting article about Cassie published in the UK paper The Guardian last winter talking about the countless leaks from the album and if it would ever see the light of day. The article, which goes as far as calling the album an "unreleased classic," mentions the track "In Love With The DJ," noting that:
[Cassie's] double-tracked vocals on the chorus – one Cassie blank and robotic, one Cassie reaching for ever higher levels of bliss – are pure genius.
This is one notion people have failed to realize. As an artist, Cassie might be nothing more than what she is given in the studio, but it's her nonchalant, distant, yet at the same time completely sexual and hypnotizing vocals that make her unique. Unfortunately, "Let's Get Crazy" is the one exception to Cassie's typical style, oozing over-processed, chirpy vocals from the typically blasé singer. *sigh* It's not right, but it's ok...
With her career seemingly on the line, we can only hope Casandra can overcome. Have a listen to "In Love With The DJ."

Preston - Dressed To Kill
What do you do after your band implodes and you suffer an ill-fated reality TV career? If you're Preston from the defunct British pop-rock outfit The Ordinary Boys, you launch a glossy pop career.
Preston's debut single, the impressive "Dressed To Kill," sounds like a Frankmusik track, but is also accompanied by a video that poor Frank would give one of his many synthesizers for -- that's what you get for signing with Island/Def Jam, kid. Your budget is blown on flying Holly Valance in from LA.

Kesha - Untitled First Single
Rumored debut single from Kesha, supposedly a Dr. Luke production.

Mini Viva - Left My Heart In Tokyo
British production house Xenomania have an onslaught of bands/artists releasing this year, with some being fairly questionable -- Jessie Malakouti is way too camp and Vagabond way too serious. A "rock" band? Really Xenomania? Sexy, no no no.
However, female duo Mini Viva make up for these other future flopstars that Brian Higgins & co. are tinkering around with. Mini Viva seem to be following a direction far more reminiscent of favorite Xenomania failures Frank and Mania. Considering their MySpace promises "neat beats and musical treats," this could be a win, people.
"Left My Heart In Tokyo" is the first offering from the girls, in the form of a Treasure Fingers remix. Beware of the insanely addictive second verse.
